A vintage diamond dress ring, of flowerhead form, the central stone of approximately 0.7ct, 5.7mm diameter, surrounded by a spiral of twelve marquise cut diamond petals, size M/N, shank and setting unmarked, but testing as at least 18ct white gold or platinum, 5.37g.
