A mid 18th century German glass wedding goblet, likely Saxony circa 1737, the soda glass of beaker form with frilled and dimpled base, the polychrome enamelled decoration in the form of love birds or doves and a heart, rough pontil mark under, very much in the manner of later pieces by Henry William Steigel.
